1. About MyOwnAnswers

MyOwnAnswers (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Xpert Concepts (Proprietor firm of Ankush Agrawal). The brand “MyOwnAnswers” is owned by Ankush Agrawal.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• Minimum age to use the Service is 13 years.
• If you are under 18, you should use the Service under parent/guardian supervision.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Educational Use & Academic Integrity

The Service provides AI-assisted content generation intended to help you learn answer-writing structure at your grade/standard level. You must verify content with textbooks/teacher and write in your own words. Do not copy-paste.

You are solely responsible for how you use the outputs and for ensuring compliance with your school/board rules and academic integrity policies.

We do not guarantee marks, grades, exam results, or correctness of generated content.

4. Credits, Validity & Pricing

The Service may offer trial credits to new users. Generations may consume credits. When credits are exhausted, you may top up inside the dashboard (where available).

• Top-ups are one-time purchases (no auto-renew subscriptions).
• Validity is 12 months from the date and time of purchase (unless stated otherwise in the dashboard at purchase time).
• Prices shown at the time of purchase are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
• Credits are non-transferable and intended only for the purchasing account.
• We may change plans/pricing/credit mapping from time to time. Any change applies prospectively.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not misuse outputs for cheating, impersonation, or plagiarism.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy.

6. Service Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We may perform maintenance or update the Service without notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xpert Concepts and/or Ankush Agrawal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or exam outcomes arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 500, whichever is lower.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that the courts at Dhule District, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
