MyOwnAnswers is operated by Xpert Concepts (Proprietor firm of Ankush Agrawal). This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be considered for credit top-ups (where available).

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds are not guaranteed. We may consider a refund in limited cases, such as:

  • Prolonged service downtime that prevents you from using the Service for a significant period after purchase, due to technical issues on our side.
  • Duplicate payment (you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment error).

Any decision to issue a refund is at our sole discretion, based on review of the case and available records.

3. When Refunds Are Not Provided

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Academic dissatisfaction, marks/grades not improving, or exam outcomes.
  • Credits already used or partially used.
  • Inability to use the Service due to your device, network, or configuration.
  • Violation of Terms of Service or misuse.

4. How to Request a Refund Review

Email support@myownanswers.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order/payment ID (if applicable)
  • Date/time of payment and amount
  • Reason for the refund request

We may ask for additional information to validate the request.

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment method and payment partner/bank timelines.
